Are you always looking for new and exciting ingredients you can use to spruce up your cooking? Once you’ve tried some homemade hot honey, you’ll be wondering how you lived so long without it! The perfect combination of sweetness and heat, with hints of salt and zest, it’ll elevate any dish.

This kit contains all the chillies and seasoning you’ll need to get started and make six recipes with varying levels of heat: The Hottest Honey, Sichuan Hot, Piri Piri, Katsu Curry, Green Jalapeno & Lime, and Smoky Chipotle. You will just need to add a 340g jar of inexpensive runny honey per batch. Some recipes such as Jalapeño & Lime and Piri Piri may also benefit from a squeeze of lemon or lime juice.

Once you’ve mastered the recipes in the kit we’d encourage you to get creative and try sourcing your own chillies and developing your own spice blends.

Inside the UK:

All our kits include free and fast shipping by a tracked courier, deliveries typically take 1-3 working days to arrive. If they haven't arrived by that time then please do get in touch.

We also offer an expedited next working day shipping service, for which the cut-off time for same day dispatch is 4pm.

All of our orders are delivered by Amazon's fulfillment network, as they are able to offer an incredibly efficient and reliable service, so if your parcel arrives in an Amazon box there's no need to worry!

United States:

All our kits include free shipping to the USA by a tracked courier. Orders to the USA are sent out from our warehouse in the USA so you don't need to worry about customs fees or potential delays.

Standard USA delivery is in 3-5 working days, but there are options to upgrade to faster delivery methods when you check out.

Rest of the world:

We're currently only able to dispatch orders to the UK and USA, however we are currently working on expanding our local warehouse network to enable us to ship to more countries.
