With our Biltong Making Kit, learn to make your own delicious biltong from scratch with only natural ingredients. No special equipment is needed, you'll just need to use your oven.

Designed for complete beginners, this kit contains all the spices and tools you’ll need to make four 500g batches of biltong in just a few hours. You’ll only need 500g of lean beef per batch, as well as an oven with a grid and a tray. In the kit, you will find:

  • traditional biltong seasonings to give the meat its unique flavour. We also include our own optional spicy blend with chili and garlic if you want to make spicy biltong. 
  • biltong making accessories include marinating bags and skewers to help you prepare your biltong in an easy and mess-free way.
  • detailed step-by-step instructions to guide you through the biltong making process.

While the method used in the kit isn’t the traditional way to make biltong, it is a lot easier and quicker and allows you to get started with making your own biltong. Inside the UK:

All our kits include free and fast shipping by a tracked courier, deliveries typically take 1-3 working days to arrive. If they haven't arrived by that time then please do get in touch.

We also offer an expedited next working day shipping service, for which the cut-off time for same day dispatch is 4pm.

All of our orders are delivered by Amazon's fulfillment network, as they are able to offer an incredibly efficient and reliable service, so if your parcel arrives in an Amazon box there's no need to worry!

United States:

All our kits include free shipping to the USA by a tracked courier. Orders to the USA are sent out from our warehouse in the USA so you don't need to worry about customs fees or potential delays.

Standard USA delivery is in 3-5 working days, but there are options to upgrade to faster delivery methods when you check out.

Rest of the world:

We're currently only able to dispatch orders to the UK and USA, however we are currently working on expanding our local warehouse network to enable us to ship to more countries.
