We include scent notes for all the fragrances we provide, as well as general information on how perfume is made. Perfumes have always been a staple of Valentine's Day presents, but they can be quite hard to choose. With thousands of different fragrances, how can you be sure to pick the right one? Not to mention they can be quite pricey! 

Our Perfume Making Kits will let you create your own fragrance blend, reflecting how you see your partner. With three natural essential oils blends in our Solid Perfume Making Kit and five fragrance oils blends in our Perfume Blending kit, you can be sure to make a unique fragrance. Each of the two kits comes with a different type of container. The Perfume Blending Kit has a chic refillable glass atomiser, while the Solid Perfume Making Kit comes with reusable aluminium tins. Both kits provide beautiful stickers so that you may name and date your perfume.

Most perfumes fit into one of four categories: fresh, floral, oriental and woody. Each of these categories has different scent notes and evokes different feelings. When you think about your partner, what do you feel?

Through a bespoke handmade perfume, you can give them an idea of what they seem like through your eyes, like an olfactory love letter of everything you can't put into words.

Solid or liquid perfume?

With two different kits to choose from, you might be a bit confused as to which one is best suited to your partner. Let us explain how the kits are different.

Solid Perfume

Our Solid Perfume Making Kit was designed for people with sensitive skin and an interest in sustainable beauty. It is alcohol-free, vegan-friendly, and uses only natural ingredients such as candelilla wax, cacao butter, and grapeseed oil. 

The three fragrances included in the kit are 100% pure natural essential oils blends:

• Bergamote Sicilienne is a fresh breeze of coastal lemon trees and grapefruit, grounded by the earthiness of cypress trees.
• Rose Gourmande is a complete floral mix with notes of rose, geranium and ylang-ylang.
• Épice Fumée is a warm and woody blend of cedar wood and patchouli.

These essential oils blends can be used by themselves or mixed for a more complex fragrance. The result will be a delightfully scented perfume in a solid format, perfect for a discreet and sophisticated scent used as a moment of self-care. The provided reusable aluminium tins make the solid perfume ideal to carry around in everyday life or when travelling.

Liquid Perfume

Our Perfume Blending Kit is the perfect introduction to the basics of perfumery. It is also vegan-friendly but uses Perfumer's Alcohol to create a luxurious result, closer to traditional perfumes.

Five fragrance oils blends are included in the kit:

• Ambre Vanille is a great base for any perfume, with the complexity of patchouli and just a hint of vanilla sweetness.
• Oud Eternal marries strength and vulnerability in a twirl of oud, white musk and orange blossom.
• Rose Iconique is floral and mature, with Bulgarian rose and energising lemon.
• Fleur d'Amandier is summery sweetness in a bottle with its tonic beans, almond blossom and grapefruit.
• Esprit D'Amalfi is beautifully fresh with aromas of sea salt, jasmine and just a hint of cedar wood.

Again, we've carefully curated these fragrances so they'll work by themselves or blend beautifully. You can then store your perfume in the included refillable glass atomiser bottle for a chic and luxurious experience.
